Preschool Summer Day Camp Experiences
Welcome to Summer Fun! This year, our exciting summer half-day camp is designed especially for children ages 3-6 and focuses on the wonders of nature! Presby Nature Classroom is a six-week summer outdoor program that offers a perfect balance of fun-filled activities, learning opportunities, and outdoor adventures tailored to the unique needs and interests of young children.
From creative arts and crafts to interactive games and sensory exploration, each day is packed with engaging experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and joy. Under the guidance of our experienced and nurturing staff, your child will have the opportunity to develop social skills, build friendships, and gain confidence in a supportive and encouraging environment this summer.
Join us for one week, multiple weeks, or all six weeks of Presby Nature Classroom.
Lucerne Park Location
We’re fortunate to be surrounded by a beautiful natural environment in Kosciusko County that children can explore during the summer months. Nature Classroom will take place in June and July at Lucerne Park in Warsaw, Indiana.
Presby Preschool is able to offer this program due to generous support from the Dekko Foundation and a partnership with Lilly Center for Lakes and Streams.
Each week, staff from the Lilly Center for Lakes and Streams, the DNR, and other special guests will join us for an hour to engage your child in experiments and activities that will supplement the learning and fun that they’ve been experiencing all week.

Safety Is Our Priority
Our staff is dedicated to keeping your child safe during Nature Classroom, as every activity is carefully planned and supervised to provide a secure and enriching experience for every child with the child-to-adult ratio set as 18:4.
Whether they’re splashing in the water play area, embarking on nature walks, or participating in group music and movement sessions, your child will delight in the variety of activities designed to stimulate their imagination and spark their love for learning.
Building Friendships
With a focus on fostering independence, teamwork, and a sense of belonging, our summer half-day camp provides your child the perfect opportunity to make new friends, create lasting memories, and embark on new adventures in a safe and nurturing outdoor setting.
Registration Is Now Open
Registration for Presby Nature Classroom is now open for the 2025 summer season. Spots do fill up quickly, so be sure to reserve your child’s place at summer camp this year!
3's Preview Week
July 28 – August 1st, 2025 (9am – 12pm)
Our theme for this week is, “We Are Builders.” We will be building with blocks, bricks, Legos, and mostly building new friendships! Let’s help your three-year-old get ready for preschool together.
This program is designed especially for children who have not attended preschool before. It is designed to be a week that will inspire, nurture, and set your child up for success as they begin their school experience.
Cost: $60 for the week. This includes a $30 registration fee when you apply to reserve your child’s spot in the class. The remaining $30 of the cost will be due on the first day of class.
